MailQuell

Email list organizer

Paste a list of email addresses to group them by company domain, highlight role addresses such as contact@, sales@ or hr@, and separate free webmail accounts. Then remove what you do not need and export a clean list.

Nothing is uploaded or saved. The list is sorted by your browser, on your device. Closing or reloading the page erases it.
Up to 50,000 addresses.

Checking a whole list?

Upload a CSV and verify thousands of addresses at once. 200 free checks every month + 100 welcome credits.

How it works

Grouped by company

Addresses on the same domain are shown together, so you see at a glance how many contacts you have at each company and can remove the ones you do not want.

Roles highlighted

The part before the @ tells who reads the mailbox: leadership, sales and marketing, general contact, HR, support, admin, or a technical address that nobody reads.

Private by design

Everything runs in your browser. The list is never sent to MailQuell or stored anywhere, and closing the page erases it.

Questions

Is my list uploaded or saved?

No. The organizer is plain code running on your device: the addresses never leave your browser, and MailQuell cannot see them. Reload the page and they are gone.

Does it check whether the addresses exist?

No, it only sorts them. To find out which addresses can receive email, verify the list with MailQuell: 200 checks are free every month.

Why separate role addresses from people?

A role address such as info@ is shared by a team and usually answers slower than a person, while noreply@ or webmaster@ are rarely read at all. For B2B outreach, a named person or a sales address is usually the better choice.

How many addresses can I paste?

Up to 50,000 at once. Duplicates are kept in the view so you can see them, and the "Remove duplicates" option cleans the final list.
